Shipping Policy

Pre-Sale Orders
All ornaments in The Seasoned Greetings collection are offered on a pre-sale basis. This means we collect orders first, then produce and ship them.

• Orders placed during the pre-sale period will begin shipping in early November 2025.

• This ensures your ornaments arrive before Christmas.

Processing Time
Once pre-sale production is complete, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We currently ship within the United States.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Delays
While we work hard to meet our timelines, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or factors outside our control (such as weather). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
