When will my order ship?

All ornaments are pre-sale items. Orders placed now will ship early November 2025 to arrive before Christmas.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.

When will I be charged?

Payment is collected at checkout to secure your pre-sale order.

How will I know my order has shipped?

Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we currently ship within the United States.
